2. Wash the onion and cut it into small slices. Cut the onions into pieces of about 2 centimeters, cut them in half, put them on a plate with the onions, and don’t forget to cut some ginger slices.

3. Prepare a cinnamon, three star anise, a few fragrant leaves, a handful of peppercorns, and finally wash two coriander sticks and put them next to them and wait for later.
4. Heat the oil, put a handful of peanut rice in the pot, fry the peanut rice with medium-low heat, when there is a crackling sound in the pot, and the coat of the peanut rice has changed color slightly, you can take it out and put it in a bowl to cool.
5.
